The doctor took my worries about my eye health seriously.

I felt like a person being seen, not just a dollar sign. He actually did tests and educated me on my eye issues. This made me feel much more comfortable and knowledgeable about my eye health. It was the most thorough eye exam I have had since my early 20s.

Had a great experience. The check in process was quick and the staff was very professional and friendly. The young man who did my imaging was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Very happy with Dr.Casey as well, he took the time to explain all his findings and the follow up care I needed. Would 10/10 recommend!

Dr Drew Casey took me in the same day I called because I was in significant pain. He found a metal stuck in my eye, and he removed it instantly. He was very patient and not in a hurry like other doctors. I highly recommend this place. He’s an excellent doctor and very caring. I’m a student and was worried about the cost, and he gave me a GoodRx card for the antibiotics.!

I was so happy with the service I received for myself and my husband. They were gentle and caring with the initial exam after offering a cup of coffee and a baked cookie. Had my first eye exam since childhood, and all of the staff were so kind and patient while guiding me through the process. I was able to book my appointment online and there were no delays. They worked with me to ensure my first pair of glasses was a pair I absolutely loved at an affordable price. They earned a customer for life, that's for sure.

I CANNOT say anything bad about this establishment. My previous eye doctor no longer takes our insurance, my glasses broke and am using a 4-year-old prescription. I left messages or got responses for appointments for either the end of October, November or even December, from 5 other eye establishments. I was able to get an appointment within a week at Casey Optical. I did the paperwork through their online portal, all I had to do was check-in.

I have been going to Casey Optical Too since I was a teenager. They are always very attentive and very helpful. I will always recommend Casey Optical Too for eye care. Spencer Foster is the one that helps me and she always has a pleasant smile on her face and answer all questions. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent customer service! The whole staff is super friendly and the office environment is comfortable. I appreciated the way all the staff explained what was going on and helped me understand my eye health without making me feel inadequate.

I went there two years ago and got two frames and contacts for 1200$. I went yesterday and had an eye exam and contact exam and even brought my old frames to have the new Rx put into them. l was charged almost $800.00. What a joke ? Never again ever!! No wonder I had to sign a paper saying I can’t retract. I called around and the same services that I received ran around 360.00. Shame on you guys seriously.

I was able to get an appointment quickly as a new patient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was fun and made me feel comfortable which is good because i dont like things around my eyes. They had a good selection of glasses. Overall I'm really happy with my experience with this office.

The doctor here really took his time and made sure I not only got the right prescription but that other issues were addressed too. Sometimes it feels like doctors' offices are rushing us through like cattle just to make money. I got the opposite feeling with this place. It's my new go-to for optometry.

What a great place! In an age of sub par customer service this place is a hidden gem. All the employees (Including Dr. Morgan ) were super professional, helpful, and genuinely seemed to be happy to be there.

Casey Optical Too was the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Their waiting room was comfortable, their people were nice and kind and efficient. They took their time with us and answered all our questions without making us feel like we were a pest (like at Costco).

This place is incredible! All the frames they provide are top quality and they help you pick out the ones that look best on you. They always work out the best deal for someone buying frames. The optometry portion is very good. Very quick and easy process with fairly short waiting times.
