Customers service is friendly, very attentive personal with kids. My 5 year old was really hyper and talkative and the doctor was really patient and wait/work with her.

I went and got a prescription for glasses today. The process seemed a little confusing before I went in, but really it couldn't have been more simple. They give an in depth exam, and if you buy glasses, the exam doesn't cost anything. The staff is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Ten out of ten would recommend!

First time coming here and I loved it. They were very fast and attentive, the techs were really nice and so was the dr , I forgot his name since I am bad with them lol but he was a male, he was very nice and let me know everything that was going on. Was able to walk out same day with my glasses since they were covered with my insurance! Would definitely recommend this place
After having been massively disappointed with my service at Sandia Vision I decided to give this place a try. So glad I did! Had a visit today and was just as superb as my previous visits! Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick and efficient! I do wish they had greater selection of designer frames but nonetheless I am very happy patient here!!
My mom and I have been going to Muller for many years. We have always been completely satisfied with our glasses. My mom is a challenge to fit because her vision is so poor. They have been so patient with her, replacing glasses over and over again until she finds a pair that will work for her. They have a huge selection with reasonable prices. The owner is very accommodating, always willing to help. The staff also have been absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend them without hesitation!
No sales pressure, excellent craftsmanship, great selection, and fantastic service. I ordered my Wiley X prescription safety wrap-around glasses from Muller Optical. There was some slight but bothersome defect in one of the lenses, and after trying a few things unsuccessfully, the owner readily ordered a replacement, and got them to me promptly. I've been completely satisfied since, and will be sure to get my next pair of glasses here.
Ordered a pair of glasses online from Zenni (bad mistake), and they broke after only 3 months and they basically told me I was SOL. I called Muller and was asked to bring them in so that they could take a look and see what they could do. My glasses were fixed and ready within a few hours BETTER than when I purchased them! Everyone there was very nice and very helpful. I will be recommending Muller to everyone I know, and will be a returning customer myself. Thank you Muller, you guys ROCK!!!!

Good service and these folks know their stuff. I took my dad to get a temp prism put on (he had double vision b/c of one eyeglass lens needing an adjustment). The doctor and staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient...prices were fair. Highly recommended.
Jeremy and Connor were amazing Unfortunately they did not take my vision insurance, But they did give me a great deal on a pair of glasses that are out of this world.. I after being in customer service for 35 years was extremely impressed by the staff at Casey optical.. Everyone was nice & friendly, got seen right away didn't half to wait too long to be seen and picked out the glasses that I liked right a way. They were also cautious having hand sanitizer and cleaning frames when you try it on. Overall I had a really good experience with Casey Optical Too.My sister actually refred me to this place and I'm glad she did.

The entire staff was courteous and was in the business of getting me the best possible prescription and glasses. It didnât hurt their feelings that I didnât find frames that I liked there. Donât get me wrong. They have a huge selection of frames. I was just looking for something very specific.
Yesterday was my First Visit and I would give Everyone 100 â Stars!! I was greeted with a Very Warm Welcome. A Very thorough exam was given with explanations given before each test was performed. Then in a very patient manner, as I picked out frames and to have the final preparations for my prescription done. I definitely recommend this to be the place to have Eyes completely examined.

Everything was quick and friendly, nobody pushed any options I didn't need at the time. The lens technician worked with me to find the option with the lowest cost. Since I needed them asap for an upcoming trip, I was happy to find they made the new lenses and fit them to my old frames in less than an hour.
Went to Casey Optical Too on February 1st. The exam went great and all of my questions were answered. The doctor was phenomenal but what I really appreciated was Jeremy, he was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty. Overall the staff was friendly.

I appreciate the lack of unnecessary things. I was able to look at and select my frames without the eye dilation to blur everything. - that happened with another business that i went to for my first pair of glasses and those broke 3 years ago but I never wanted to go back but i needed to now. Thank goodness for Casey Optical. I am still awaiting my glasses but I am excited.

Professional eye exam. Everyone I encountered was warm and friendly. The eye exam was top notch. The gentleman that helped me with my new glass frames was very helpful and honest. Left to my own devices I would have selected frames that didn't really fit my face! He steered me towards frames that fit me and look great!
It was just super easy, convenient, and clear! I can't ask for anything better for my eyecare. I loved how the Dr. showed me the visuals from my eye testing, and they carry frames for super narrow faces like mine that actually fit. It was an awesome experiene!

I went for my own exam but took my son to pick out his frames. Not only was everyone kind, but they went out of their way to make my son feel special. Jeremy spent time giving him extra attention since my son was nervous about wearing glasses. Lisa pulled all the glasses for kids that would be covered with our insurance and continued to give him support and make him feel proud to pick out his own frames. Best experience yet..
Casey Optical has a nostalgic feel to it like an old-time optical center with that nostalgic feeling it's a warm family feeling . People at Casey optical are just fantastic they treat you like you are their only and most important customer they have you are set on a pedestal from the moment you walk in the door I would highly highly recommend them anyone I have tried several other places and no one gives you better service than Casey's optical they are number one in my book and I have told everyone that I know that this is the number Optical place to go.
If you are in need of glasses this is the place. Fantastic staff with outstanding service. The exam was very comprehensive and checked for things I'd never had checked for before. After the exam the Technician took the time to go over every aspect of the exam in great detail and explained what each test was for and what the results meant. The sales staff was friendly, helpful, and was eager to discuss my choices. Once my glasses arrived, the staff was very helpful getting them adjusted correctly.They made the whole process fun.I highly recommend!
My cataract surgery, in which the surgeon mistakenly used the wrong lenses, left me nearsighted needing glasses full-time.The surgeon told me that their mistake could be corrected with glasses but I have had a difficult time having a prescription that balances my eyes at all distances. Spencer Foster, a technician at Casey Optical Too, did just that! She performed a vision screening exam, got new measurements and made adjustments that corrected my vision. It took several years to get the best vision and it's marvelous! I highly recommend visiting Casey Optical Too for all your vision needs! Their new vision screening process with oversight from local Ophthalmologists might be the best new thing for 2023!
